During the Malaysia Autoshow 2024 (MAS 2024) Press Day held yesterday, the Jaecoo brand stated that it is determined to establish a strong service network in Malaysia to leverage on the country's growing appeal among automakers.
This follows the recent declaration that Malaysia has surpassed Thailand to become Southeast Asia's second-largest auto market, trailing only Indonesia.

As part of its long-term expansion strategy, Jaecoo held a dealer signing ceremony with 30 selected dealers at the MAS 2024. These dealers will operate 35 showrooms in central, northern, southern, and eastern Malaysia, handling distribution and after-sales support for Jaecoo's premium SUVs.
Jaecoo Malaysia was represented at the signing event by its president Leo Chen, alongside vice president Emily Lek. "Together with our dealer partners, we are excited to offer best-in-class vehicles with innovative technology and superior customer experiences in the Malaysian market," expressed Chen after concluding the signing ceremony yesterday.

Jaecoo Malaysia intends to transform the premium off-road SUV ownership experience through its independent sales and service network. This is set to be enabled by new dealerships featuring signature brand elements such as a Super Walkway to greet customers, dedicated coffee bar, exciting product displays, and delivery lounges, all aimed at improving customer experience.
These dealerships are supported by a dedicated car parts warehouse and a production plant in Malaysia. "Our investments include strategically positioned dealers and comprehensive facilities, supported by a team of service advisors and skilled technicians," adds vice president Emily Lek.

Jaecoo aims to reshape the value of the off-road new energy sector offering by providing a more intelligent, efficient, and safe off-roading experience, beginning with the J7 plug-in hybrid (PHEV) and the J6 Electric Vehicle (EV), which are both being showcased at the Malaysia Autoshow 2024 this week.
