Chery Malaysia Opens New 3S Centre in Kluang, Johor

Chery Malaysia has expanded its dealership network today by opening the new 3S centre in Kluang, Johor.
As part of its rapid expansion plan in the southern region of Peninsula Malaysia, Chery Malaysia has opened its new showroom and service centre in Johor. Specifically located in Kluang, this new 3S centre is operated by dealer-partner Li Koon Auto Sdn Bhd.
This new outlet opening was officiated by Chery Malaysia network director Soon Boon Ping together with managing director of Li Koon Auto Ong Kian Choi, chairman of Li Koon Auto Heng Eng Kong, and president of the Kluang Municipal Council, Azurawati Wahid.

Covering 896 square metres, this new Chery 3S outlet provides customers with a comprehensive experience in vehicle viewing, customer service, and maintenance. With up to four service bays available, all manned by trained Chery technicians, this ensures that all the servicing needs are met with the highest standards of quality and care.

“As we broaden our presence in Johor, our goal is to serve an even wider customer base, reaching out to the vibrant communities of Muar, Skudai, Johor Bahru, and now Kluang. This strategic expansion allows more customers to experience the unparalleled convenience, quality, and comprehensive services that Chery is celebrated for,” said Chery Malaysia network director Soon Boon Ping at the launch of the outlet.
“Our mission is to offer high-quality vehicles and ensure that every customer receives the best possible care and support throughout their ownership journey,” Soon added.

To date, Chery Malaysia currently operates six showrooms, five service centres and two body & paint outlets in the state of Johor.
With the new Chery Kluang 3S now officially opened, Chery Malaysia currently operates six showrooms and five service centres in the state of Johor alone, along with two body and paint outlets. Coupled with some of its other outlets in Melaka and Negeri Sembilan, Chery Malaysia has managed to establish a good outlet network in the southern Peninsula Malaysia region, ensuring that all the needs of Chery customers in the region are met.

Located at No. 5 & No. 6, Jalan Kluang Perdana 1, Taman Kluang Perdana, Kluang, the new Chery Kluang 3S centre is open daily from 9 AM to 6 PM for the showroom, while the service centre is open from 8 AM to 5.15 PM on Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 12.45 PM on Saturday, and closed on Sundays.
