UMWT Delivers 8,400 Units in Nov 2024 – YTD Closing to 90K

UMW Toyota Motor has shipped out nearly 8,400 units in Nov 2024 alone, with its YTD volume now closing in on 90,000.
UMW Toyota Motor (UMWT) has continued its positive momentum this year, as the automaker achieved total sales of close to 8,400 units in Nov 2024 alone. This positive sales output also brings the Year-to-Date (YTD) total volume closer to the 90,000 mark at approximately 89,500 units as of last month.

Among the top contributors to UMWT’s positive sales performance months are the ever-popular Vios B-segment sedan, followed by the Hilux pick-up truck and the Yaris hatch. Besides these staple models, newly-launched ones like the facelifted Corolla Cross and the ninth-gen Camry—both offered with a hybrid powertrain option—are set to follow these successes in the near future, while highlighting Toyota’s multi-pathway approach in meeting diverse customer needs.

Speaking of the new Corolla Cross facelift, UMWT is also offering a special early-bird promo worth up to RM3,000 for this SUV, which lasts until Dec 31, 2024. On top of that, other models like both the aforementioned Vios and Yaris, as well as the Corolla sedan and Harrier SUV, are all included in UMWT’s broad promotional savings campaign for Dec 2024, featuring promotions worth up to RM10,000.
For added peace of mind when owning a Toyota car, all models mentioned above come with an optional Toyota Service Savers program, which offers cost-efficient maintenance options, starting from just RM31 per month.

To further enhance its customer service quality, UMWT has recently organised the annual Toyota Skill Contest 2024 at its Shah Alam headquarters. With the 2024 theme “Customer Delight Through Quality Sales and Services,” this contest aimed to elevate trust and loyalty among customers by promoting exceptional skills and knowledge among dealer staff across sales and services roles, reinforcing Toyota’s commitment to continuous improvement and delivering outstanding customer experiences.
