C&C Opens New Mercedes-Benz Autohaus 2S Centre in Penang
Cycle & Carriage opens the twelfth Mercedes-Benz Autohaus outlet in Malaysia, located at Jalan Sungai Pinang, Penang.
Leading Malaysian Mercedes-Benz dealer Cycle & Carriage (C&C) recently launched its 12th Mercedes-Benz Autohaus in Malaysia, the Cycle & Carriage Sungai Pinang. This new 2S Autohaus centre launch also coincides with C&C’s 125th anniversary, marking an exceptional milestone for the brand in the local automotive industry.
Strategically located along Jalan Sungai Pinang in Penang Island, this new facility spans 90,000 square feet, with the build-up area itself covering 56,822 square feet and standing five stories tall. More importantly, this new 2S Autohaus features the latest retail brand presence by Mercedes-Benz, equipped with a comfortable lounge area for customers to indulge in, as well as personalised service at the consulting room, all staffed by trained Star Assistants.
The 2S service centre is the only Mercedes-Benz body and paint centre in Penang, comprising 21 service and repair bays capable of handling 550 vehicles per month. Manned by skilled technicians using only genuine Mercedes-Benz parts, customers can expect world-class services from this new 2S centre.
Besides well-equipped service bays and a comfortable lounge area, the Cycle & Carriage Sungai Pinang is also a certified Green Building with a Gold rating, thanks to a range of eco-friendly initiatives like the presence of solar panels and a rainwater harvesting tank, the use of an energy management system for real-time building monitoring of energy usage, and more. Also present here are the super-fast 180 kW DC chargers that are open to be used by Mercedes-Benz EV owners.
“We celebrate a key milestone with the launch of the 12th Mercedes-Benz branch by Cycle & Carriage in Sungai Pinang, Penang, a testament to our collective pursuit of excellence. The new Cycle & Carriage Sungai Pinang Service Centre brings to life our luxury retail brand presence, providing customers with an immersive experience that seamlessly blends sophistication and modern design,” said Amanda Zhang, CEO & President of Mercedes-Benz Malaysia (MBM).
“Our team has worked tirelessly to ensure that every aspect of Cycle & Carriage Sungai Pinang reflects our commitment to excellence, sustainability, and customer satisfaction. We look forward to welcoming customers across the region to experience our newest Mercedes-Benz Cycle & Carriage Service Centre and the exceptional services provided at this branch,” said Thomas Tok, CEO of Cycle & Carriage.
Cycle & Carriage Sungai Pinang is open from 8 AM to 5 PM on weekdays, from 8 AM to 12 PM on Saturdays, and closes on Sundays. For more information regarding this new 2S Autohaus centre, you can visit Cycle & Carriage’s official website or contact them directly via WhatsApp at +6012 620 2042.
