Petron Malaysia Opens Milestone 800th Service Station

Petron Malaysia marked a milestone recently as it officially opened its 800th service station located at the PLUS Pedas-Linggi Layby Southbound.
Fuel retailers Petron Malaysia enters the new year on a high note as the firm sees its network of service stations reach a significant milestone. Recently, the firm officially opened its 800th service station located in the PLUS Pedas-Linggi Layby Southbound.
This new 4,047-square foot station will now cater to both local and long-distance motorists travelling south. Having opened just in time for the Jan 2025 school holidays and upcoming festive travels, the station is poised to provide customers with a convenient stop to refresh and refuel.
And just like the bulk of its service stations, the new Petron Pedas-Linggi Layby Southbound retails the brand’s full range of fuel products. Included here are its Blaze 100 Euro 4M, Blaze 97 Euro 4M, Blaze 95 Euro 4M, Turbo Diesel Euro 5 and Diesel Max Euro 5.

Besides its signature Treats Mart, the new Petron Pedas-Linggi Layby Southbound service station stands as the first in Petron's network to feature its new Quick Treats booth pictured.
Present on-premise too is a signature Treats Mart brimmed Dunkin’, Costa Coffee and an ATM machine all present in-store. Critically, this stations' Treats provides shelf space for locally produced goods with the "Sapot Lokal" initiative as well.
Moreover, this is the first new Petron service station to feature its Quick Treats booth at the forecourt. This new value-added service that allow customers to grab-and-go with snacks and beverages from the convenience of their vehicles.

Other notable highlights include the presence of Dunkin', Costa Coffee and an ATM machine all present on-premise at this station's Treats Mart.
The opening of our 800th service station marks a great end to 2024 and an excellent start to 2025 for Petron. This shows our commitment to bringing our products and services to more Malaysians, which cater to their fuel needs and many more,” says Mohd Nizam Mansor, GM of Petron Malaysia.
Nizam adds that as Petron Malaysia transforms its stations into places of conveniences, it is also diversifying its non-fuel business. “We welcome more partners who share our passion for service and excellence,” adds the exec further.
