Proton e.MAS 7 Sees Over 1,800 Units Shifted Throughout Q1 2025

Proton, via its PRO-NET arm, revealed earlier today that sales of the e.MAS 7 EV crossover SUV in Malaysia for the first quarter (Q1) of this year has reached a total of 1,853 units.
National automaker Proton revealed earlier today that its first electric vehicle (EV) offering, the Proton e.MAS 7, saw its sales reach a total of 1,853 units for the first quarter (Q1) of this year (2025).
The firm adds that it shifted a total 797 units in March 2025 alone too. Earlier in the same month, the firm also noted that e.MAS 7 deliveries reached the 1,000-unit milestone as well.

PRO-NET highlights that the e.MAS 7 is set to capture a 30% market share as a result, making it Malaysia's No. 1 EV model on sale too.
In turn, the latest figures noted earlier sees the e-MAS 7, which the automaker ‘co-developed’ with partners Geely of China, forecasted to capture a 30% market share, thus making it Malaysia’s No. 1 EV model in terms of sales too.
“This achievement encourages us to improve ourselves to deliver products of higher quality and give our customers a better ownership experience.,” expressed Zhang Qiang, CEO of PRO-NET – Proton’s new-energy subsidiary responsible for the Proton e.MAS sub-brand’s operations.

notably, PRO-NET also highlighted that it now offers e.MAS 7 owners and e.MAS App users access to over 2,300 public charging points nationwide. The firm also says it established 75 DC charigng points at selected Proton, Proton e.MAS and smart Automobile dealerships too.
In the same statement, the exec also thanked customers for their unwavering support, as their dealers and partners for “delivering an ecosystem that supports customer’s requirement.”
On said note, PRO-NET also highlights it now boasts access to over 2,300 public charging points nationwide. This stems from the firm’s partnership with leading Charging Point Operators (CPOs) like Gentari, JomCharge, charge, ChargeSini, DC Handal, and more.
Additionally, PRO-NET also revealed that it has established 75 DC charging points, each dispensing as high as 120 KW, at selected Proton, Proton e.MAS and smart Automobile dealerships nationwide. All are accessible for e.MAS 7 owners via the Proton e.MAS App.

Despite being launched with an RRP of RM109,800 (Prime) and RM123,800 (Premium), an on-going promotion sees said figured lowered to RM105,800 and RM119,800 respectively too.
Launched back in Dec 2024, the Proton e.MAS 7 sees two variants on offer – Prime and Premium. Though launched with an RRP of RM109,800 and RM123,800 respectively, an on-going promotion sees said figures lowered to just RM105,800 and RM119,800 respectively instead.
Local sales aside, the Proton e.MAS 7 also recently saw itself launched overseas in Nepal, and it will soon go on sale in Trinidad and Tobago as well.
