“VIPS” Series Plates Opens for Bidding From April 11

The Ministry of Transport Malaysia, through the Road Transport Department (JPJ), will offer special vehicle registration numbers in the "VIPS" series to the public via the JPJeBid online bidding system.
The VIPS series, which stands for "Visit Impressive Perlis State," commemorates the 25th Anniversary of the Silver Jubilee of His Royal Highness the Sultan of Perlis.
This VIPS NPI introduction is also part of a government initiative to promote the "Visit Perlis Year 2024-2025."
The bidding process will be open from April 11, 2025 (Friday) to April 15, 2025 (Tuesday), with submissions closing at 10:00 PM. Results will be announced within 24 hours, by April 16, 2025 (Wednesday).
The bidding process follows the usual terms and conditions outlined on the JPJeBid platform, with minimum prices set for each category: RM 20,000.00 for primary numbers, RM 5,000.00 for premium numbers, RM 2,500.00 for attractive numbers, RM 500.00 for popular numbers, and RM 300.00 for regular numbers.
