Cycle & Carriage Opens Refreshed Mercedes-Benz Batu Caves 2S Outlet
One of the largest and longest-running auto dealership firms in the country, Cycle & Carriage, just reopened its Mercedes-Benz Batu Caves 2S outlet featuring a volley of upgrades.
Cycle & Carriage (C&C), one of the largest and longest-running auto dealership firms in the country, officially re-opened its upgraded Mercedes-Benz Batu Caves 2S outlet earlier this week.
One of the firm’s longest-running Mercedes-Benz outlets was recently revamp with a various upgrades and improvements. Much of which centred on enhancing customer touchpoints, seamless digital integration, and streamlining processes across sales and service environments.
The customer lounge itself in this outlet occupies 3,633 square feet.
Much of the changes is evident in the facility’s sizeable new customer lounge, which occupies a total area of 3,633 square feet. Next to it sits a massive service centre that occupies a total space of 41,000 square feet, and it houses a total of 22 service and repair bays plus five car wash bays.
Additionally, the revamped Batu Caves 2S outlet welcomes Mercedes-Benz commercial vehicle owners and operators. A total of four dedicated service bays are present to serve these customers specifically, with C&C touting its ability to service up to 40 commercial vehicles monthly here.
This service centre side of things, on the other hand, boasts a total of 22 work bays plus 5 wash bays, as well as four dedicated commercial vehicles service bays to boot.
Moreover, C&C’s Batu Caves facility continues to house the largest Mercedes-Benz body and paint (B&P) centre in Malaysia brimmed with 22 body and paint bays. In fact, this B&P centre is among the top performing collision repair centres globally for the three-point star marque.
The latter fact is reflected the Level 4 Certificate of Competence (CoC) certification it received in 2013 – the highest level of recognition for collision repair capabilities. It also achieved a perfect 100% audit score in 2017.

This facility also continues to house the largest Mercedes-Benz B&P centre in Malaysia that holds a Level 4 CoC and won awards prior for its operational excellence.

Additionally, this facility also has up to four 'Premium Express Service' bays dedicated for customers in need of expedited service turnaround times.
Notably, for customers pressed with time, the revised C&C Mercedes-Benz Batu Caves 2S outlet also has up to four ‘Premium Express Service’ bays available. These are dedicated to delivering expedited turnaround, but this still depends on type of service required.
Lastly, in terms of sustainability, key upgrades that C&C Mercedes-Benz Batu Caves 2S also received include newly installed solar photovoltaic systems. These, according to the firm, are designed to offset the facility’s energy consumption.
