Much of the changes is evident in the facility’s sizeable new customer lounge, which occupies a total area of 3,633 square feet. Next to it sits a massive service centre that occupies a total space of 41,000 square feet, and it houses a total of 22 service and repair bays plus five car wash bays.

Moreover, C&C’s Batu Caves facility continues to house the largest Mercedes-Benz body and paint (B&P) centre in Malaysia brimmed with 22 body and paint bays. In fact, this B&P centre is among the top performing collision repair centres globally for the three-point star marque.
The latter fact is reflected the Level 4 Certificate of Competence (CoC) certification it received in 2013 – the highest level of recognition for collision repair capabilities. It also achieved a perfect 100% audit score in 2017.
