Proton and Continental Launch Tyre Replacement at Service Centres

Proton and Continental Malaysia have inked a partnership, and both will now offer tyre services at selected authorised Proton service centres nationwide.
This collaboration is aimed at making vehicle maintenance more convenient for customers and enhancing the overall ownership experience, touts both the national automaker and leading tyremaker.
Under the partnership, Proton service centres will offer tyre sales, installation, and after-sales support. By the end of the year, 60 centres are expected to provide this service for all Proton models.

Customers can now purchase and install tyres during their regular service appointments. Prices start at RM211 per piece for the Proton Saga. All tyres are newly manufactured units and installation will be carried out by certified Proton technicians to ensure quality and safety.
All tyres bought through Proton will also be covered under Continental Malaysia’s Total Confidence Plan - a one-year road hazard warranty that offers a one-to-one tyre replacement if damage occurs due to unforeseen road conditions. Flexible payment options through Direct Lending are also available.
This tyre service is part of Proton’s broader effort to improve after-sales care. With the most 3S and 4S centres among carmakers in Malaysia, the company continues to expand its support offerings to provide the best ownership support in the industry.

Additionally, the company also offers a range of Other services which include FS90 Fast Service for quick maintenance, ProCare Smart Plan with flexible financing, the MyProton App, digital manuals, expert accident repairs, and the Proton Insurance Programme.
Proton currently operates over 173 service centres and 73 Body & Paint outlets nationwide. Its 24-hour helpline at 1-800-888-8398 also provides round-the-clock roadside assistance.
The company says the collaboration with Continental Malaysia is the next step in turning its service centres into one-stop solutions for customers.
