Leading fuel retailers BHPetrol officially revealed that it is performing a nationwide exercise in refreshing its corporate identity (CI). Earlier today, the firm held a special press launch to showcase which at one of its key stations in the Klang Valley located in Bandar Tun Razak, Cheras, Kuala Lumpur.

Present for which was BHPetrol CEO Azizul Azily Ahmad, as well as DBKL’s Executive Director of Socioeconomic Development Ismadi Bin Sakirin and Cheras district police chief ACP Aidil Bin Bolhassan.

Besides launching the station's new look, Azizul also revealed BHPetrol's continued partnership with DBKL to extend the station's land lease by another 30 years.

Besides showcasing the redesigned station, which has stood as a key facility serving the Bandar Tun Razak community for nearly three decades, BHPetrol CEO Azizul also announced plans to continue said station’s land lease with DBKL for another 30 years.

In turn, the latter announcement is poised to secure the BHPetrol Bandar Tun Razak station’s continued existence at its current and highly strategic location just off the bustling Jalan Jujur stretch.

“I very much hope that the strategic partnership with DBKL and PDRM will continue with strong commitment among GLCs [government-linked companies], local authorities and other stakeholders in the future, in order to provide a positive impact not just to businesses, but also to customers as a whole,” expressed Azizul in his opening speech.

All three officials plus press and guests in attendance were then given a brief tour of the station’s revamped design. Key to which here is BHPetrol’s renewed corporate logo and branding. Unlike before, it’s been revamped with a cleaner, more angular design featuring greater use of white tones.

Whilst the BHPetrol brand’s signature tangerine (orange) hue remains dominant throughout the station, the new white tones offsetting which replaces the yellow accents seen prior. Part of the refresh includes all-new visuals on the pumps itself, as well as the station’s price tower.

Besides the new look, the BHPetrol Bandar Tun Razak station continues to house its signature BHPetromart convenience store and an outlet of popular local beverages chain Kenangan Coffee under its roof.

Critically, regular visitors will be pleased to see the station continuing to house its signature BHPetromart convenient store. Next to it now under the same roof is a popular local beverages chain Kenangan Coffee outlet,  along with “large and clean” restrooms, as well as a surau (prayer room).

Speaking with a BHPetrol spokesperson during the event, Carz.com.my understands that the firm has already begun revising several other key stations in similar fashion. BHPetrol seeks to have its entire network of over 400 stations nationwide revamped with this new look in the coming months.
