Isuzu Malaysia Opens New 4S Centre in Balakong

Isuzu Malaysia has opened its new 4S centre in Balakong, operated by SV Prestige Auto.
Isuzu Malaysia has expanded its local network by opening a new dedicated 4S centre in Balakong. Operated by SV Prestige Auto, this new outlet is situated nearby the Kajang Dispersal Link Expressway (Kajang SILK), where it becomes the third 4S facility within the Klang Valley area.
Featuring Isuzu’s latest corporate identity (CI), the Balakong 4S centre features a modern ambience and amenities, while featuring a full range of Isuzu D-Max pick-up trucks and Isuzu commercial trucks for sale. The main showroom area can accommodate up to two display pick-up trucks, offering customers an opportunity to size up the models up close.

As for the service centre, it can accommodate six vehicles simultaneously, offering a myriad of services ranging from regular maintenance jobs to wheel alignment adjustments and body repair works—the latter made possible by the dedicated body and paint (B&P) centre with a full-sized paint booth integrated into this outlet.
More importantly, the B&P centre is also recognised by major automotive insurance companies and is on the panel of five of the country’s major insurers. It is also pending approval to carry out heavy accident repairs, as equipment and training are already in place.

Isuzu Malaysia CEO Tomoyuki Yamaguchi
Commenting on this 4S centre opening, Isuzu Malaysia CEO Tomoyuki Yamaguchi said, “The opening of this new Isuzu 4S Centre featuring a modern, integrated facility is reflective of our ongoing effort to ensure that Isuzu vehicle ownership remains a truly positive experience. By offering a complete range of vehicle care services under one roof, our customers can enjoy the assurance that their Isuzu vehicles receive convenient and comprehensive quality care.”

Meanwhile, SV Prestige Auto managing director Ryan Tham said, “Through the guidance of Isuzu Malaysia and the support of our customers, we have been able to consolidate all our operations here into a convenient one-stop 4S Centre. I hope that with our new facility, our customers will enjoy a more comfortable and conducive destination for all their Isuzu needs.”
The new SV Prestige Auto Isuzu 4S Centre is located on Lot 1917-B, Jalan KPB 7, Kawasan Perindustrian Kampung Baru Balakong. Together with its Isuzu 3S Centre in Puchong, the SV Prestige Auto showroom is open every day, while the service centre is open from Mondays to Saturdays.
