KLIMS 2026 – ‘Beyond Mobility’ Theme Retained, Key Brands Announced

Initial details for the upcoming KLIMS 2026 show have been announced by organisers MAA and Qube Integrated Malaysia earlier this week.


With its previous edition heralded as a success after attracting over 183,000 visitors plus over 70 leading automotive and mobility brands participating as exhibitors, the Kuala Lumpur International Mobility Show is set to return for its 11th editionKLIMS 2026.

Taking place once again at the Malaysia International Trade and Exhibition Centre (MITEC), the event is organised by the Malaysian Automotive Association (MAA) and co-organisers Qube Integrated Malaysia.

As reported prior, KLIMS 2026 takes place from June 12 to June 21, 2026. It will run across both weekdays from 10AM to 8PM and weekends (Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays) plus public holidays from 10AM to 10PM instead.

Over 20 key automotive brands are set to headline KLIMS 2026 as participating exhibitors.


For its upcoming 2026 edition, the show retains its ‘Beyond Mobility’ theme from its last edition held in 2024. Both MAA and Qube Integrated Malaysia also revealed the initial list of participating brands for the show via a press release issued earlier this week.

Listed the were the likes of Aion, Audi, BMW, BYD, Denza, GAC, GWM, Honda, Hyundai, Jetour, Kia, Mazda, MG Motor, Nissan, smart Automobiles, Toyota, Volkswagen, Xpeng, Zeekr, as well as both national brands Proton and Perodua.

Besides that, the show will see continued support from the Malaysia Automotive Robotics and IoT Institute (MARii) – an agency under the Ministry of Investment, Trade & Industry (MITI) – plus other key related associations.

Last held in Dec 2024, KLIMS 2024 successfully drew over 183,000 attendees. It also hosted over 70 participating automotive brands during its running.


“We anticipate even more showcases from brands, targeting more audiences and in hopes to further expand Malaysians’ understanding and imaginations in innovation, sustainability, and the limitless possibilities of mobility,” expressed MAA president Mohd Shamsor bin Mohd Zain via the press release mentioned.

Tickets are set to go on sale in due time, with admission fees starting from RM10 for youths aged between 13 and 17 years old plus college/university students with valid student IDs, and RM25 for each adult. As usual, children aged 12 years and younger enjoy free admission, provided they are accompanied by a parent or guardian.

Expect more key details to be announced over the coming months leading up to the show.
