The Lamborghini Temerario is the successor to the Huracán and Lamborghini’s second High Performance Electrified Vehicle (HPEV) supercar after the Revuelto. It introduces an entirely new twin-turbocharged V8 capable of reaching 10,000 RPM, supported by three electric motors.

The Temerario is officially offered in Malaysia from RM1.35 million before duties, taxes, options and personalisation, with orders handled through Lamborghini Kuala Lumpur.

Its 4.0-litre twin-turbo V8 produces 588 KW (789 HP / 800 PS) and 730 NM, while the complete hybrid system develops 677 KW (907 HP / 920 PS). Lamborghini does not quote a combined system torque figure. Performance is exceptional, with 0-100 KM/H in 2.7 seconds and a 343 KM/H top speed.

The cabin follows Lamborghini’s “Feel Like a Pilot” philosophy and adopts a layout closely related to the Revuelto.

A 12.3-INCH digital instrument cluster is positioned directly ahead of the driver, accompanied by an 8.4-INCH portrait central touchscreen.

A third 9.1-INCH passenger display allows the co-driver to view performance, navigation and entertainment information.

The Y-shaped centre console rises between the occupants and incorporates Lamborghini’s familiar fighter-jet-inspired covered starter button.

A push-button transmission selector controls the eight-speed dual-clutch gearbox, with a separate switch for reverse.

Physical controls remain for important driving functions rather than moving everything into the touchscreen.

The 12.3-INCH configurable digital instrument cluster displays speed, engine revs, selected gear, hybrid operation, battery condition and performance data.

Its graphics change according to the selected driving mode.

Track-specific information can also be displayed through the Lamborghini Telemetry 2.0 system.

New 18-way electrically adjustable Comfort seats are available with heating and ventilation.

They provide significantly broader adjustment than the Huracán’s seating while retaining strong lateral support.

Optional lightweight carbon-fibre double-shell sports seats are available for more track-focused customers.

Leather and lightweight Corsa-Tex Dinamica microfibre upholstery can be extensively personalised.

The Temerario accommodates two occupants.

Compared with the Huracán, the new aluminium spaceframe provides 34 MM more headroom and 46 MM additional legroom.

Lamborghini states that occupants up to approximately 2 M tall can fit while wearing a racing helmet, making the cabin substantially more accommodating than its predecessor.

The flat-bottomed multifunction steering wheel places major driving controls directly within reach.

Rotary selectors operate the main driving modes, hybrid strategies and Drift Mode levels.

Large paddle shifters provide manual control of the eight-speed dual-clutch transmission.

The Temerario is considerably more practical than the Huracán despite remaining a two-seat supercar.

Small-item storage is provided within the centre-console and cabin areas.

The substantially enlarged front luggage compartment is the primary dedicated cargo area.

Drink storage is limited because of the performance-focused cockpit packaging.

Cup-holder functionality is integrated into the centre-console area together with smaller storage compartments.

The Temerario prioritises driver controls and structural packaging over extensive cabin storage.

USB connectivity is provided for smartphones and mobile devices.

Wireless smartphone integration is supported through the infotainment system.

Externally, the high-voltage battery accepts AC charging at up to 7 KW.

The cabin combines leather, Corsa-Tex microfibre, aluminium and extensive carbon-fibre options.

Hexagonal elements appear throughout the air vents, switchgear and trim.

More than 400 exterior colours and liveries are available through Lamborghini Ad Personam, accompanied by extensive interior material and stitching choices.

The front luggage compartment provides 112 L of capacity.

Lamborghini states that this is sufficient for approximately two cabin-sized trolley bags.

This represents a substantial improvement in everyday practicality compared with the Huracán.

The Temerario measures 4,706 MM long, 1,996 MM wide excluding mirrors and 1,201 MM tall, with a 2,658 MM wheelbase.

Width increases to 2,246 MM including the exterior mirrors.

Dry weight stands at approximately 1,690 KG, with weight distribution of 43.4% front and 56.6% rear.

The Temerario introduces a new Lamborghini design direction while retaining the low, forward-leaning stance expected of the marque’s mid-engined supercars.

Slim upper lighting units are accompanied by distinctive hexagonal LED daytime running lights, while large aerodynamic openings direct cooling air towards the radiators and brakes.

Compared with the Huracán Evo, the new aerodynamic package contributes significantly greater rear downforce.

The rear places the new V8 visibly beneath an exposed engine cover, making the powertrain an important part of the exterior design.

Large aerodynamic openings, a substantial diffuser and a functional rear spoiler manage airflow around the engine and rear axle.

The standard car generates approximately 103% more rear downforce than the Huracán Evo, while the optional Alleggerita package increases the improvement to around 158%.

The Temerario features full-LED headlamps positioned above its signature hexagonal daytime running lights.

Automatic lighting functions are available, with more advanced assistance functionality offered through Lamborghini’s driver-assistance packages.

The hexagonal lighting motif references a design element repeatedly used throughout Lamborghini’s history.

The rear features slim full-LED tail lamps integrated into the highly open aerodynamic bodywork.

Their angular graphics complement the hexagonal theme used throughout the vehicle.

A high-mounted brake-light function is integrated into the rear aerodynamic structure.

Aerodynamically shaped exterior mirrors are mounted on slim stalks to minimise airflow disturbance.

Electric adjustment and power folding are provided.

Additional blind-spot monitoring functionality is available when the Surround Assistance Package is specified.

The Temerario uses CCB Plus carbon-ceramic brakes as standard.

Front discs measure 410 x 38 MM and are clamped by 10-piston aluminium monobloc callipers.

At the rear are 390 x 32 MM discs with four-piston fixed callipers.

Lamborghini quotes a 100-0 KM/H braking distance of just 32 M.

Standard specification uses a staggered setup with 20-INCH front and 21-INCH rear wheels.

Front tyres measure 255/35 ZR20, while the rear uses significantly wider 325/30 ZR21 Bridgestone Potenza Sport tyres.

Forged and carbon-fibre wheel designs are also available, with the latter forming part of the weight-saving options offered for the Temerario.

The Temerario integrates ABS, Electronic Stability Control and Traction Control into Lamborghini Dinamica Veicolo LDVI 2.0.

Electric torque vectoring continuously adjusts front-wheel torque to improve both cornering agility and high-speed stability.

The vehicle also integrates regenerative braking with its carbon-ceramic friction-brake system.

The Temerario features driver, passenger and side airbags, with knee airbags provided in selected market specifications.

Its new full-aluminium spaceframe increases structural efficiency while accommodating the additional hybrid components.

The centrally mounted high-voltage battery receives dedicated structural protection beneath the passenger compartment.

The Temerario provides Città, Strada, Sport, Corsa and Corsa Plus driving modes.

Città allows electric-focused urban operation, while Strada prioritises road use and comfort.

Sport and Corsa progressively sharpen the drivetrain and chassis, while Corsa Plus significantly reduces electronic intervention.

Three hybrid strategies – Recharge, Hybrid and Performance – determine how the petrol engine and battery are used.

A separate four-level Drift Mode allows progressively greater slip angles and driver involvement.

The Temerario uses a three-screen HMI consisting of the 12.3-INCH instrument cluster, 8.4-INCH central touchscreen and 9.1-INCH passenger display.

Information can be moved between screens through swipe-style controls.

Connected navigation, real-time traffic information, voice assistance and Over-the-Air map updates are supported.

Wireless Apple CarPlay and Android Auto are also included.

The Temerario introduces significantly more driver-assistance capability than the Huracán.

The standard assistance package includes Active Lane Departure Warning, conventional Cruise Control and an eight-channel Optical Parking System.

Available assistance packages can add Adaptive Cruise Control, Automatic Emergency Braking, Emergency Assist, Safety Distance Warning, Turn Assist and Avoidance Assist.

Additional packages provide Side Assist, Rear Cross Traffic Alert, Front Intersection Assist and a 360-degree Top View camera system.

Exact equipment can therefore vary according to individual Malaysian vehicle configuration.

The Temerario features an exclusive seven-speaker Sonus faber premium audio system.

Seven independently driven speakers are powered by a 750 W Class-D Dual DSP amplifier.

The system was specifically tuned around the Temerario’s cabin and is designed to complement rather than overpower the V8’s distinctive soundtrack.

The Temerario introduces Lamborghini’s all-new 3,995.2 CC L411 Hot-V twin-turbocharged V8.

The flat-plane-crank engine produces 588 KW (789 HP / 800 PS) between 9,000 and 9,750 RPM and 730 NM between 4,000 and 7,000 RPM.

Its maximum engine speed reaches an extraordinary 10,000 RPM.

Titanium connecting rods, finger-follower valve gear and dry-sump lubrication allow the V8 to combine very high rotational speed with turbocharged output.

Three 110 KW axial-flux electric motors support the combustion engine.

The complete system produces 677 KW (907 HP / 920 PS).

The Temerario uses a new eight-speed dual-clutch transmission mounted transversely behind the engine.

It is more compact and lighter than the Huracán’s seven-speed DCT while providing quicker shifts.

A 110 KW, 300 NM P1 electric motor is positioned directly between the V8 and transmission, filling turbo-response gaps while also acting as the starter and generator.

The Temerario features electrified all-wheel drive.

Two electric motors independently power the front wheels, providing active torque vectoring.

Together, the front e-axle can deliver up to 220 KW, while the V8 and rear electric motor drive the rear axle.

In electric-only operation, the front motors can propel the vehicle without the V8, effectively making the Temerario a front-wheel-drive EV for short distances.

The Temerario accelerates from 0-100 KM/H in 2.7 seconds.

Maximum speed stands at 343 KM/H.

Launch Control provides maximum standing-start performance, while the hybrid motors deliver immediate torque before the twin-turbo V8 reaches its strongest operating range.

The Temerario uses a compact 3.8 KWH lithium-ion high-power battery positioned longitudinally within the central tunnel.

Lamborghini has not published an official WLTP pure-electric driving range, reflecting the battery’s primary role as a performance and torque-vectoring component rather than a long-distance EV system.

Current WLTP homologation figures quote approximately 10.3-11.2 L/100 KM weighted fuel consumption together with 4.3-6.4 KWH/100 KM electrical consumption, depending on configuration.

With the battery depleted, official combined petrol consumption stands at approximately 14.0 L/100 KM.

The battery supports AC charging at up to 7 KW, allowing a complete recharge in approximately 30 minutes.

It can also be replenished through front-axle regenerative braking or directly by the V8 in Recharge mode.

DC fast charging is not supported.

The Temerario substantially improves daily usability compared with the Huracán.

Standard electrically adjustable Comfort seats provide extensive adjustment, while heating and ventilation further increase long-distance comfort.

Connected navigation, smartphone integration and remote vehicle functions add modern everyday functionality.

A front axle lifting system is available to increase clearance over ramps and speed bumps.

The Temerario is a two-seat supercar and therefore has no rear passenger compartment or rear air-conditioning vents.

Automatic climate control provides ventilation exclusively for the driver and front passenger.

The Temerario uses double-wishbone suspension at both the front and rear.

Lamborghini MagneRide magnetorheological dampers continuously adjust damping according to road conditions and selected drive mode.

Strada provides the most road-oriented setup, while Sport and Corsa progressively increase body control and responsiveness.

The optional Alleggerita package reduces overall vehicle mass by more than 25 KG and further sharpens track performance.

The Temerario is deliberately engineered to preserve the character of its unusual 10,000 RPM twin-turbo V8.

An active exhaust system, cross-bank acoustic connection and sound symposer transmit selected engine frequencies into the cabin.

During electric operation the vehicle becomes substantially quieter, creating a sharp contrast with the V8 at higher engine speeds.

The Lamborghini Temerario represents a fundamental change from the naturally aspirated V10 Huracán while retaining Lamborghini’s emphasis on high-revving drama.

Its all-new 789 HP twin-turbo V8 spins to 10,000 RPM, while three electric motors lift total output to 907 HP / 920 PS, enabling a 2.7-second 0-100 KM/H sprint and 343 KM/H maximum speed.

Electrification serves primarily as a performance tool. The 3.8 KWH battery, 220 KW front e-axle and 110 KW rear motor provide AWD, torque vectoring, turbo-lag compensation and limited electric driving rather than meaningful long-distance EV range.

The new aluminium spaceframe also makes the Temerario considerably more usable than the Huracán, providing more passenger room, 112 L of luggage capacity, 18-way heated and ventilated seating and a modern three-screen cockpit.

At RM1.35 million before Malaysian duties, taxes, options and personalisation, it is an exceptionally expensive proposition once fully registered, but its combination of 10,000 RPM V8 character, 907 HP hybrid performance, advanced LDVI 2.0 dynamics and substantially improved everyday usability gives the Temerario a distinct identity within Lamborghini’s fully electrified current line-up.
