New Improvements for Mercedes-AMG Compact Cars

Mercedes-Benz Malaysia has announced the newly improved Mercedes-AMG A 45 S 4MATIC+ to replace the Mercedes-AMG A 45 S 4MATIC+ Edition 1, due to the effective launch of the Mercedes-AMG compact cars in 2020. 

Exterior features include the vehicle’s own striking AMG grille, an AMG high performance brake system, red-painted brake callipers that come with black AMG lettering, as well as 19-inch AMG 5-twin-spoke light-alloy wheels in matte black. 

As for the AMG Night package, design features come in black and high-gloss black just like its previous model. Key highlights include an AMG front splitter and trim, AMG side sill panels with inserts, beltline trim strip and window line trim strip, exterior mirror housing, AMG rear aerofoil, as well as two round tailpipe trim elements. 

Interior features include an AMG Performance steering wheel finished in nappa leather and DINAMICA microfibre, as well as AMG Performance seats and designo seat belts in red. Also equipped in the model is Head Up Display that projects important driving information closer to the driver’s natural line of sight. 

Under the hood is a 2.0-litre engine that produces 421 hp and allows the vehicle to go from 0-100km/h in 3.9 seconds (CLA 45 S 4MATIC+: 4.0 seconds), along with the top speed of 270 km/h. The model is currently said to be the world's most powerful turbocharged four-cylinder manufactured for series production.
