A 38-Year Old Man Lost His Beloved Car In An Open Burning Activity In Sabak Bernam

A man was reported to bear the loss of more than RM40,000 following an incident where his car has been totally damaged in an open burning incident here in Parit 3 Timur, Sungai Panjang in Sabak Bernam, Selangor, last Thursday.

The 38-year-old man was inside his family’s home when he heard loud explosions before he rushed out and witnessed his Myvi being burned in the blink of an eye.

He tried to put out the fire using a fire extinguisher but unfortunately, the man did not manage to save his beloved car.

Selangor Fire and Rescue Department (JBPM) Assistant Director of Operations, Hafisham Mohd Noor confirmed that his department received a call regarding the incident and said that the fire and damage was caused by the open burning activity.

However, there’s no death or injury reported in the incident.
