Don't let the silent motor fool you, PDRM's newest border patrol ride packs a mind-blowing 850 Nm of torque! As part of an RM8 million fleet upgrade under the 12th Malaysia Plan, PDRM is acquiring 375 Jebatt F29 tactical e-bikes.
These high-performance machines give General Operations Force (GOF) personnel the power to tear through difficult terrain and catch border smugglers completely off guard.

The acquisition covers 375 units delivered via strategic supplier RTG Intech Corporation Sdn Bhd. PDRM has already taken delivery of the initial batch of 10 Jebatt F29 All Terrain Tactical Assault E-Bikes (ATEB) at Bukit Aman, presented symbolically to Inspector-General of Police Tan Sri Datuk Seri Mohd Khalid Ismail.
Valued at approximately RM23,000 per motorcycle, the full RM8 million roll-out falls under the 12th Malaysia Plan's Fourth Rolling Plan.
2. Built For Silent Patrols & High-Risk Operations

The primary advantage of switching to electric motorcycles in tactical scenarios is stealth. Engineered with a low acoustic signature, these e-bikes allow GOF personnel to approach high-risk zones without giving away their position via loud exhaust notes.
This low-noise capability gives officers a distinct operational upper hand during night patrols, border surveillance, and special intelligence missions.
3. Mind-Blowing Torque & High-Speed Performance

Don't let the silent motor fool you, the Jebatt F29 packs serious muscle. Powered by a 72-volt, 60 Ah battery with a smart charging system, the tactical e-bike delivers up to an incredible 850 Nm of torque and reaches top speeds of 120 km/h.
With an operating range of up to 120 km per charge, it offers instant acceleration over difficult, muddy, or hilly terrains where traditional petrol-powered vehicles struggle to navigate efficiently.
4. Targeting Petrol & Goods Smuggling At Country Borders
These 375 e-bikes are strategic weapons against cross-border crime. PDRM will deploy the fleet across key border states including Perlis, Kedah, Kelantan, and Perak, alongside Sabah and Sarawak. According to Inspector-General of Police Tan Sri Mohd Khalid Ismail, a major priority for these silent border patrols is stopping illegal leakages, particularly involving subsidized petrol and smuggled goods, to protect national revenue.
5. Catch Them Live At The National Day Parade
