- The All-New Mazda 2 Hybrid Edition
In 2022, Mazda Hybrid 2 series will begin selling anytime soon, which is designed to be an OEM model supplied by Toyota Motor Europe.

Connecting the dots in 2015, both Toyota and Mazda worked together for quite some time and produced reliable technology systems together. Among the results is the Toyota Hybrid System.
Riding on 15- or 16-inch wheels, the car appears to have similar features with Yaris except for its logo.

Like the Yaris Hybrid, this variant of the Mazda 2 is powered by a 1.5-litre three-cylinder petrol engine producing 69kW. It combines with a 59kW electric motor on the front axle to bring total system power to 87kW.
Engine-wise, it may finish the zero to 100 km/h sprint in 9.7 seconds, returning a WLTC-rated fuel consumption of more than 3.8 litres per 100 km. The top speed for Mazda 2 Hybrid is 175km/h.

Only for the European market, the Mazda 2 Hybrid variants include Pure, Agile and Select.
