MITSUBISHI MOTORS MALAYSIA (MMM) has achieved their Financial Year 2021 April 2021 – March 2022 with a total of 19,217 units of sold vehicles.

As compared to its Financial Year 2020, the company raised more than 66 percent this year.

The company’s best-selling Mitsubishi XPANDER triumphed the non-national MPV segment in Malaysia with 9,065 units sold, which is 47.2 percent to the company’s overall total sales.

On top of that, Mitsubishi Triton pick-up sales contribution garnered 9,420 sold units of Triton which remains one of the favourite choices within the pick-up truck segment.

“In general, the past two years have been tough on the automotive industry, not only with the rising cases of Omicron but floods that affected the Klang Valley and East Coast region, as well as parts or chips shortage” stated chief executive officer of Mitsubishi Motors Malaysia, Shinya Ikeda.

We take this chance to thank the Malaysian government for initiating and extending the SST exemption these last couple of years,” he added.
