It's futuristic, it's electric, and it’s the company’s latest flagship luxury model, Cadillac presents the 2024 Celestiq EV.

This production version with its dual electric motor, all-wheel drive system, output around 600 Hp and 867 Nm, accelerates from 0 to 100 Km/h in just 3.8 seconds.

At full charge, its 111-kWh battery pack offers a range of 483 Km. It only supports DC fast charging up to 200-kW, but charging for 10 minutes is already able to provide 126 Km of distance.

Besides that, it has an adaptive air suspension system with magnetic control, active rear axle steering system, active roll control technology and adaptive electric power steering.

Design-wise, this Celestiq EV features 115 components produced using 3D printing techniques, including window switches, door handles and console decorations.

Unique, exterior of this five-door sportback sedan has a lightweight carbon fibre build, enclosed grille, and a Digital Micromirror Device headlight unit with 1.1 million pixels each.

Interestingly, its glass roof design is divided into four different zones, where it uses suspended particle device technology to adjust the amount of light entering the cabin.

Elsewhere, installed are power door openers, an active rear spoiler, and a set of 23-inch forged aluminium rims wrapped in Michelin Pilot Sport EV tires.

Minimalist, its cabin comes with a 55-inch elongated screen on the dashboard, and an 11-inch Front Command Centre screen on the centre console.

Then, at the back, it gets an eight-inch Rear Command Centre screen as well as two additional 12.6-inch infotainment screens.

Adding to that is an AKG audio system with 38 speakers, a lighting system consisting of 450 LEDs and a four-zone climate control function.

Topping it all off, its cabin is enveloped in hand-wrapped leather upholstery, metal accents all around and comes with heated and cooled seats.

All things considered, the new Cadillac Celestiq EV is slated to start production in very small quantities in December 2023, priced at around USD 300,000 (MYR 1,421,250).
