- First Isuzu 3S Centre With New Brand CI Opens in Kepong

Isuzu Malaysia opened the doors to its latest 3S centre this week that features a new retail outlet design, reflecting its strong new brand image. The new Autoexec Corporation 3S centre, located in Jinjang, Kepong, also marked a new milestone for the Japanese marque as its 66th outlet to open in the country.

“This new outlet features a strong brand image to reflect the changing outlook of Isuzu’s retail business. The modern design elements and improved facilities are designed to ensure customers not only purchase the best products, but also receive a corresponding sales and after-sales experience under one roof,” said Shunsuke Okazoe, CEO of Isuzu Malaysia.

The newly-opened Autoexec Corporation 3S Centre offers a full-blown Isuzu experience, featuring its latest products and services – including a showroom housing both the Isuzu D-Max pickup trucks and commercial trucks line-up.

The re-designed outlet boasts a spacious service centre, enough to cater up to four light trucks and two medium-duty trucks simultaneously. Refreshments are also available in a brand-new lounge for customers to indulge while waiting for their vehicles undergoing service at the hands of skilled and certified Isuzu technicians.

Additional improvements include a new front reception area, a merchandise corner, as well as digital information panels that contain all the specs and stats of Isuzu vehicles on display.

As for its exterior, the new outlet design is headlined by a new logo tower and massive Isuzu logo display on the building’s facade. For outlets that offer truck after-sale services, both a spacious front yard and parking space enable big vehicles to manoeuvre in and out with ease too.
With the Autoexec Corporation 3S Centre being the test-pilot for this new outlet design, other Isuzu 3S outlets nationwide are poised to follow suit within the next two years. Isuzu estimates all of their outlets will embrace the new identity circa Dec 2024.
