Malaysian Film Stars Made a Grand Entrance in BMW 740Le Xdrive M Sport

Recently BMW Group Malaysia and Seong Hoe Premium Motors provided an official fleet of six BMW 740Le xDrive M Sport to the National Film Development Corporation (FINAS) for the 32nd Malaysian Film Festival in Melaka.
Highlights included luminaries from Malaysia's entertainment industry making a big entry in the luxurious 7-series car. Globally, the BMW Group is no stranger to the filmmaking scene as it have been a patron of the arts for over 80 years.

Meanwhile on a local level, the BMW Shorties has served as an influential platform by BMW Group Malaysia to encourage and support the creative expressions of emerging Malaysian filmmakers and digital content creators for the last 16 years.

Aside that, the top five nominees of each category were treated to a special chauffeur ride in the hybrid luxury sedans from the BMW 7 Series portfolio, offering them an exclusive experience of electrified opulence.
Just so you know, over 1,000 entries have been submitted to the BMW Shorties for its annual short film competition since 2006. Therefore, many of which have been screened at prestigious international film festivals such as Cannes, New York, Rotterdam, Oberhausen, Rome, Clermont-Ferrand and more.
From the 1935 German film ‘Die Katz' im Sack’ to the recent Marvel Studios production, Shang-Chi and the Legend of the Ten Rings, BMW continues to find new ways to champion the creative industry worldwide.
