Sime Darby Auto Conexxion (SDAC), sole distributor for Ford in Malaysia, recently hosted the county’s first-ever Ford Inner Circle event, taking place at Ford’s flagship showroom in Sime Darby Auto City, Ara Damansara.

This inaugural event brought together loyal Ford customers in a Christmas-themed event filled with activities and vehicle familiarisation workshops, guided by Ford expert instructors.

“We are grateful to all our loyal customers for their ongoing trust, which inspired us to initiate the Ford Inner Circle. Our desire is to serve them better and deliver next-level customer experiences,” says Turse Zuhair, Managing Director, Sime Darby Auto ConneXion-Ford.

Membership for the Ford Inner Circle is open automatically for any new customers purchasing any of Ford’s next-gen models, including the Ranger, Raptor and Everest. Members will receive a plethora of exclusive benefits, aside from the deep-dive familiarisation sessions.

This first-of-its-kind event is an initiative brought by SDAC aimed towards providing a communal event where Ford enthusiasts and their loved ones can gather and do activities together. Aside from this event, members of the Ford Inner Circle can also enjoy various benefits, including invitations to VIP functions and other Ford exclusive events.

Aside from the workshop held during this event, SDAC also offers a chance for new Ford owners to book the familiarisation session at any Ford showrooms nationwide. Designed to help new Ford owners get familiarised with their new vehicle, this programme features hands-on guidance by experts on the array of smart features and equipment found in any next-generation Ford vehicles.

Each of the Ford Inner Circle members will obtain a privilege card that entitles them to an extra 30% discount on their first Ford Ranger Getaway pass purchase. Exclusive to Ford Malaysia, the Ford Ranger Getaway comprises adventure getaways curated to each and every individual need, be it from local food hunting to outdoor escapades and more.

Ever since its introduction earlier this year, SDAC have organised five Ford Ranger Getaway events, including Tabin Wildlife Safari Adventure. Should safari adventures aren’t exactly your bread and butter, the event list will be refreshed from time to time.

One of the special Ford Ranger Getaway events is a one-of-its-kind off-roading training session at M4TREC in Semenyih, where Ford Ranger owners can fully utilise the potential of their Rangers and Raptors in a closed outdoor course.

A full list of Ford Ranger Getaway events taking place from Jan to June 2023 is available at SDAC Ford’s official website and e-commerce platform, where customers can pre-book for a slot for any of those events starting from now.
