Following yesterday's media announcement by Malaysian Public Works Minister YB Dato’ Sri Alexander Nanta Linggi and Malaysian Highway Authority (LLM), PLUS Malaysia Berhad (PLUS) today issued a statement welcoming the push to roll out more RFID lanes nationwide.

According to PLUS, it is committed to add 12 additional RFID lanes at 11 major toll plazas nationwide. The additional RFID lanes would be deployed at Rawang Selatan, Setia Alam, Kubang Semang, Subang, Putra Mahkota, Shah Alam, Jalan Duta, Penang Bridge, Sungai Buloh, Sungai Besi, and Kajang Toll Plazas.

With these additional lanes rolled-out in stages by mid Apr 2023, PLUS is confident that it will provide its highway users a better service level beneficial for the well-being, comfort and more importantly smoother journey.

On another note, PLUS advises all its users to always use the same payment mode when entering and exiting the toll plaza, i.e. if you entered via RFID please ensure your exit is also through the RFID lanes. You are also advised to always ensure your e-Wallet balance is sufficient before travelling on the highway.
