Heads up auto customisation and counter-culture fans, the dates for the Art Of Speed 2023 festival has been announced. According to organisers Art Of Speed Malaysia (AOSM), this year’s edition will be held at MAEPS, Serdang once again on July 29 and 30. The festival will run from 10AM to 7PM on both days.
Festival Director, Art of Speed Malaysia (AOSM), Mr. Asep Ahmad Iskandar delivered speech during a press conference held today
“For this year’s event, AOSM will be celebrating its 12th annual show and with it, will be igniting the spirit and enthusiasm of enthusiastic enthusiasts, a show not to be missed by the public,” said AOSM’s Festival Director Asep Ahmad Iskandar.
Amongst the new highlights for this year’s edition is the Outdoor ThunderCircus Brotherhood Rally that features a rousing motorbike stunt show staged by professional riders.

Another new highlight is the Hot Wheels X Proton Kids Design competition that will allow young kids to debut their one-off Proton Saga bubble card artwork. Said contest is borne out of the national carmaker’s recent collaboration with toymakers Mattel Malaysia to celebrate the latter’s 40th anniversary, which also saw the creation of Proton's iconic first Saga model in Hot Wheels form.
As seen in past editions, Art Of Speed 2023 continues to collaborate with local car enthusiast community NoEqual.co. This will see a dedicated showcase space hosted by the community and its members featuring modern performance classics and highly tuned vehicles on display.
Returning this year too is the Hail Vintage bazaar which adopts a new “Music” theme this time around. This trade space sees various vintage collections, music collectibles, merchandise, and memorabilia up for grabs for avid collectors.
Beyond that, AOS’s signature custom cars and bikes display remains a mainstay, as is the Kustom & Koffee Talk forum held on stage in between several notable product launches. Not to be missed too is an Automotive Flea Market, as well as a special Test Ride Zone planned exclusively for motorcycle test-rides.
Entry tickets for Art Of Speed 2023 can be purchased at the door at RM35 each. Children ages 12 and below, as well as citizens with OKU status, enjoy free admittance.
Additionally, AOSM will also offer a special ‘Speed Lane’ pass priced at RM60 each. This pass grants entry across both days, as well as special early entry time of 9AM.
Lastly, AOSM will once again host a special lucky draw exclusively for Art Of Speed 2023 ticket holders. This year, a fully customised 1979 Toyota Celica primed with an air ride suspension system stands as the draw’s grand prize. Its lucky new owner will be announced on the stage on the final day of the festival (July 30).
