The KL Car Free Morning (KLCFM) working committee just announced the cancellation of KLCFM day for the next two Sundays. Said announcement was made via KLCFM’s Facebook page, where the two upcoming KLCFM due to take place on Mar 5 and 12 were cancelled.

The cancellation of KLCFM is to give way for two upcoming events, namely the Kuala Lumpur City Day Half Marathon 2023 happening this Sunday (Mar 5, 2023), as well as the OCBC Cycle (The City Ride 2023) cycling event taking place next Sunday (Mar 12, 2023).

Folks who are planning to attend the KLCFM will have to postpone their plans and wait for further announcements for the next event by the working committee.

The KL Car Free Morning is a weekly event happening every Sunday morning from 7am to 9am, where 7 KM of city centre roads will be closed off to traffic, allowing pedestrians, cyclists and runners to roam free around the city. This initiative aims to promote a healthy lifestyle among cityfolks and tourists alike, while reducing carbon emissions around the city centre.
