Mercedes-Benz Malaysia (MBM) and Hap Seng Star (HSS) have launched the latest Mercedes-Benz Autohaus located in Bukit Tinggi, serving customers throughout the Klang region. This new facility features a slew of enhancements and upgrades that focuses on bringing luxury lifestyle experience to MBM customers.

Speaking during the launch event, MBM president and CEO Sagree Sardien said, “The launch of the Mercedes-Benz Autohaus in Bukit Tinggi is a testament of our joint commitment to redefine a luxurious brand experience for our Malaysian customers, at every point of their journey.

“The new state-of-the-art Autohaus features increased capacity for customer service, with digital transformation and high focus on data protection, and additional amenities for a seamless and sustainable brand experience that Mercedes-Benz can exclusively offer”, the MBM boss added.

Measuring almost 50,000 sq-ft in area, this new Autohaus comes with a showroom that can house up to 45 vehicles at one time, while also having ample room for the MBM lifestyle retail experience section that sells official Mercedes-Benz merchandise and accessories.

The new Autohaus also comes with Star Lounge, self-service cafe, kids’ playroom, and even a luxurious ladies’ powder room – all for the customers to enjoy while waiting for their vehicles to be serviced.

Speaking of service, the facility is staffed by professionally-trained Mercedes-Benz technicians, working at fully-equipped service stations that can cater up to 900 vehicles per month. This figure can be further expanded in the future, should the need and demand for such arise.

Notably, the Autohaus’s service centre offers services such as the Express Service 2.0, pick-up and delivery, drop-and-go service booking, wheel alignment and balancing, electrical diagnosis and repairs, paint coating, glass tinting along with insurance and warranty claims.

For Mercedes-EQ EV owners, this GreenRE-certified facility is equipped with a 120 kW DC charging station, as well as a dedicated EV charging facility with four vehicle bays at its expense. Staying within the environmental-friendly theme is the presence of a rainwater harvesting system.

The MBM Hap Seng Star Autohaus Bukit Tinggi is the ninth Mercedes-Benz Autohausaz to be opened in Malaysia, which include locations like Kuala Lumpur, Kinrara, Balakong, Jalan Ipoh, Setia Alam,, and Melaka in Peninsular Malaysia, as well as Kuching, and Kota Kinabalu in East Malaysia.

Hap Seng Group also operate a standalone Mercedes-Benz Certified Pre-owned Centre in Kinrara and a standalone Body & Paint centre in Shah Alam.
