The Malaysia Autoshow (MAS) is set to make its post-pandemic return this year, taking place from May 4 to 7 at Malaysia Agro Exposition Park Serdang (MAEPS). Getting around the huge MAEPS complex can be a hassle, more so navigating around the many exhibition halls and venues, all with different tenants and showcases.

Fret not, as we here at Caricarz.com have put up a comprehensive visitors’ guide for the Malaysia Autoshow 2023, where we’ll be highlighting the different hall venues, tenants and events list, and many more. Stick around and you won’t find yourselves lost around the MAEPS this weekend.

Starting off with the showcase itself, the Malaysia Autoshow 2023 will be separated into five separate showcases such as the Malaysian EV Show, Malaysian Bike Show, Malaysian Car Accessories Show, Malaysian Bike Accessories Show, as well as the main event itself. Not to forget, there will also be special test-drive sessions conducted by several brands, including few ones for bikes as well.

All these separate showcases will spread across four main venues within the MAEPS complex. The main event, the Malaysia Autoshow will take place in both Hall A and Hall A1, where the former will showcase a slew of automotive brands ranging from local ones like Perodua and Proton, as well as other volume brands like Honda, Toyota, Ford, and many more.

Meanwhile, Hall A1 will host the premium section of Malaysia Autoshow, comprising of premium brands like BMW, Mercedes-Benz, Lotus, Buffori, as well as MINI and BMW Motorrad. Plus, there will also be a premium lounge placed in the middle of the hall, surrounded by a dedicated motor lane for vehicles to parade around.

Moving on to the next venue, Hall C will host three separate showcases, namely the Malaysia Bike Show, Malaysia Bike Accessories Show, as well as the Malaysia Car Accessories. Here, you can expect to see two-wheeled brands like Suzuki, Royal Enfield, Honda, Yamaha, and even Aprilia/Vespa, plus some bike accessories brands like HJC Helmet, Shima and SHAD.

As for the car accessories brands, renowned dashcam brand 70mai will be present for the auto show, as well as other brands like Soundstream, WrapXpert, Trapo, and many more.

Finally, Hall D will host both the Malaysia EV Show and Charged – a special showcase that gathers brands that provide solutions for any EV-related matters. For the EV show, visitors can expect to see several EV brands like GWM, BMW, Volvo, and even newcomers like Neta and Tesla Malaysia. Plus, the Charged event will showcase several EV-related brands like local EV charging solutions provider ChargeSini, and many more.

On top of that, Hall D will also house both the main stage of the show, as well as the car club lounge and the show’s main organiser exhibition, the Malaysia Automotive, Robotics and IoT Institute (MARii). Adjacent to this venue is Hall DG, where all the test-drive sessions will take place.

Apart from the model exhibitions and product launches, there will also be numerous giveaways and special activities conducted by several participating brands throughout the event.

Visitors won’t have to worry about getting to the show as there will be shuttle buses ferrying visitors from the complementary parking lots to the dedicated drop off zone, near the auto show entrance and ticketing counter. For disabled guests, there will also be a dedicated parking lot for them, placed just next to the event entrance, for better convenience.

Elsewhere, basic amenities like toilets and prayer rooms will be available across the event space, with each of the hall venues having their own dedicated washrooms in place.
