Petaling Jaya Road Closure, 17 & 18 June - PJ10K 2023 Run

Majlis Bandaraya Petaling Jaya (MBPJ) has announced a series of road closures to facilitate the Petaling Jaya 10K (PJ10K) 2023 run that would be taking place over this weekend 17 and 18 June 2023. The road closure would be divided into two parts in order to reduce congestion and better manage the weekend traffic flow.

On 17 June (Saturday), 11PM to 18 June (Sunday) 12.30PM, Jalan Yong Shook Lin would be closed off to facilitate the PJ10K runs preparation works, race flag-off and tear-down works.

However on Sunday, 18 June, a series of roads would be closed periodically to make way for the 10KM and 5KM run which would take place from 4.45AM up to 11AM. The roads which would be closed are Jalan Sultan, Jalan Barat, Jalan Utara, Jalan Prof. Khoo Kay Kim, Jalan Prof. Diraja Ungku Aziz, Jalan Bukit 11/2, Jalan 12/13, Jalan 12/16, Jalan Kemajuan, Jalan 12/5, Jalan Timur and Jalan Changgai 6/22.

Participants of the PJ10K run are advised to park their vehicles at MBPJ Parking Complex A, C or Seksyen 52 which would be accessible via Jalan Sultan and Jalan Selangor to ensure smooth operations of the PJ10K run.
