From the leaked images, the Seal 06’s design language marks a departure from the signature "boomerang headlights" found in other Seal models. Instead, it adopts a new "double L" shape headlights. At the rear, the model resembles the BYD Seal DM-i, albeit with a shorter wheelbase.
Built on the DM-i hybrid underpinnings, the Seal 06 will be available in two drivetrain variants powered by either a 120 KW or a 160 KW electric motors mated to a in-house developed 1.5-liter engine with a claimed 74 kW (101 HP) peak output. Top speed, on the other hand, is reportedly capped at 180 KM/H.
