web_lead_stellantis-PSA-brands-Malaysia.jpgStellantis Malaysia earlier today announced a new one-stop call centre for existing Peugeot, Citroën And DS owners. However, one question remained: where to service these cars?

Earlier today, the newly formed Stellantis Malaysia National Sales Company (Stellantis Malaysia) announced that it is setting up a new one-stop call centre specifically for existing Peugeot, Citroën And DS vehicle owners in Malaysia.

Set to begin operating from March 1 onwards, it will act as a centralised customer support service for both sales and aftersales related inquiries and assistance, as well as address any complaints. However, one burning question remained – where do these owners go to service their cars?

We raised that very question directly with Stellantis Malaysia and they've responded. For now, existing Peugeot owners can refer to no less than 15 service centre outlets officially appointed by the firm.

We raised the question directly with the firm and, thankfully, Stellantis Malaysia responded by shedding some much needed light on the matter. According to the firm, existing Peugeot owners can now service their vehicles at no less than 15 service centre outlets appointed by the firm.

Below is the list – and subsequent details – of these Stellantis Malaysia-appointed service centres that Peugeot owners can now refer to:

As you can see from said list, which was provided by Stellantis Malaysia themselves, existing Peugeot owners in Malaysia – especially those still under warranty periods – can rest easy knowing these 15 outlets scattered nationwide can officially render service and care for these cars.

Citroën And DS last saw new models - C3 Aircross (left) and DS 7 Crossback (right) - launched locally under past distriubtors Naza Euro Motors back in 2019.

Aside from existing Peugeot owners, Stellantis Malaysia however made no mention nor did it share details regarding a similar offer for existing Citroën And DS owners.

Unlike the Peugeot brand, there’s a sizably lower number of cars sold under these two other brands in recent years. The last new models from both brands were officially launched by previous brand custodians Naza Euro Motors way back in 2019, those being the C3 Aircross and DS 7 Crossback.

Both were offered with 5-year or 120,000 KM warranties at launch, but we reckon only a handful are still under warranty today.
