MAS 2024: GWM Tank 300 And Haval H6 HEV On Show

Great Wall Motor (GWM) Malaysia has announced their presence at the upcoming Malaysia Auto Show 2024 at MAEPS Serdang, where they will showcase their complete range of offerings that we previously previewed on CariCarz.com.

Visitors to the GWM Malaysia booth will be able to experience first hand the complete range of GWM cars, including the ORA Good Cat and ORA 07 EVs, as well as the soon-to-be released ORA 07 Performance variant and TANK 300 SUC. Visitors will also be able to get an early look at the impending C-segment hybrid SUV, the Haval H6 HEV.

GWM's major highlight at this event will be the Tank 300, which will be making its first public debut at the Malaysia Autoshow 2024 after being confirmed to go on sale locally by Q3 this year.

The Tank 300 harnesses a 2.0-litre 4-cyl turbocharged petrol engine capable of producing 224 HP and 397 NM, resulting in a 0-100 KM/H sprint time of 10 seconds. It has also been awarded a 5-star ANCAP safety rating.

Meanwhile, the second primary attraction from GWM is the HAVAL H6 HEV. Initially previewed last year, it is set for release later this year too. The Haval H6 employs a hybrid 1.5T HEV powertrain, which promises an excitingly smooth and thrilling ride all whilst being fuel efficient.

GWM also stated that the Haval H6 HEV has been a global success with over 4 million shifted units globally.

GWM Malaysia also added that their presence at the Malaysia Autoshow 2024 represents their ongoing commitment to excite the market with unique offerings. Their exhibit at the Malaysia Auto Show 2024 will be held from May 22 to May 26 from 10:00AM to 10:00PM.
