Sultan Ibrahim won the bid for the registration number FFF 1 after placing a record-setting bid of RM1.75 million. This is now Malaysia’s most expensive number plate bid value to date.

This sharing was posted on Sultan Ibrahim’s official Facebook page earlier today where Transport Minister Anthony Loke presented the "FFF 1" plate to the Yang di-Pertuan Agong, Sultan Ibrahim Sultan Iskandar.

Sultan Ibrahim, an avid automotive enthusiast himself, also stated his hopes that the proceeds from the bid, which were handed over to the Federal Government, would benefit the people.

His majesty back in Feb set the then highest record when he won the “GOLD 1” registration number for RM1.5 million which was offered in conjunction with the 50th Golden Jubilee celebration of the Federal Territory this year.

Sultan Ibrahim also previously won bids for registration number FF1 for a total of RM1.2 million,  F1 (RM836,660), W1N (RM748,000) and WWW1 (RM520,000).
