Puspakom announced that it will close its PJ branch from August 31 as part of a strategic move toward market liberalization in the country's vehicle inspection sector. The company stated that Puspakom's goal to optimize operations and guarantee that clients receive excellent service includes closing the branch.

In a statement released today, Puspakom CEO Mahmood Razak Bahman said that the closure of the Petaling Jaya branch is a strategic decision that will not impact the caliber of service. To accommodate customers affected by this change, the company is directing them to alternative branches in the Klang Valley – Glenmarie, Padang Jawa and Cheras, the company stated. In response to rising demand, it will also begin extending daily business hours at its Glenmarie branch on September 2.

“the branch will be open from 7 a.m. to 11 p.m. to give customers more flexibility”, he added. Vehicle owners can reach Puspakom by calling 03-51017000, visiting www.puspakom.com.my, or following its official Facebook page for the most recent information.
