All individuals involved in the accident have had their statements recorded, according to Yusri, and after the investigation is over, the investigation papers will be forwarded to the deputy public prosecutor for additional action.
A police car believed to be escorting a VIP struck the back of a civilian Proton Saga on the PLUS expressway on Saturday, November 16, in the rain, according to dashcam footage that is circulating on social media. The two-vehicle incident was reported to authorities, who are currently looking into the matter.
The camera then switches to the severely damaged rear of the Saga, followed by the sound of a child crying. There is also a white Toyota Camry with a broken left headlamp that is not seen in the dashcam clip.
PDRM is investigating the case under Section 41(1) of the Road Transport Act 1987.
