Transport Minister YB Anthony Loke Siew Foo launched the country’s second Kiosk Sentuhan MADANI at KL Sentral yesterday.

In his press statement, Loke reiterated that the kiosk is a government initiative presented by Prime Minister Datuk Sri Anwar Ibrahim during the presentation of Budget 2025 with the first kiosk launched in Jan 2025 at Alamanda, Putrajaya.

The Kiosk Sentuhan MADANI is meant to mitigate challenges faced by the general public when accessing public services due to limited operating hours, long distances to government offices, and extended waiting times.

Kiosk Sentuhan MADANI will be strategically placed in high-traffic locations such as shopping malls and major transportation hubs. These locations provide greater convenience, longer operating hours than traditional government offices, and seamless access to essential services.

According to Loke, for matters related to the Road Transport Department (JPJ), through the Kiosk Sentuhan MADANI, users can renew their motor vehicle licenses (LKM), print and obtain copies of vehicle ownership certificates (VOC), as well as check and pay traffic fines.

The second location in KL Sentral is a perfect location for the kiosk as it is the country’s largest transit-oriented development integrating nine rail networks and serving over 220,000 passengers daily.

Loke further detailed that the third kiosk is set to open at One Utama Shopping Centre, one of the largest malls in the country.

Kiosk Sentuhan MADANI is an initiative spearheaded by Unit Pantau MADANI, with support from various ministries, agencies, and corporate partners. Besides matters related to JPJ, other government departments and agencies offering its services at the Kiosk Sentuhan MADANI are KWSP, Pos Malaysia, TNB, ASNB, SSM, and MyDigital ID.

The Kiosk Sentuhan MADANI - a public-private collaboration embodies a whole-of-nation approach, where all sectors work together to enhance public service efficiency by leveraging digital technology.
