Massive Blaze Destroys 20 Cars, Three Motorcycles At Puchong Jaya Workshop

A Saturday morning fire at a vehicle workshop situated along the Bukit Jalil Highway in Bandar Puchong Jaya Selangor has resulted in the destruction of three motorcycles and 20 cars.
The Selangor Fire and Rescue Department (JBPM) reported no injuries following the incident.

Responding to a 10.56 am distress call, 21 firefighters from the Puchong, Subang Jaya, Seri Kembangan, and Damansara fire and rescue stations were dispatched to the scene, stated the Assistant Director of Operations for JBPM, Ahmad Mukhlis Mokhtar.

FB/ Boon Siew Lai. “The team on duty immediately carried out extinguishing work, and initial checks found that the fire involved 20 cars and three motorcycles inside the premises,” he says.
According to Mukhlis, approximately 70% of the class B building was destroyed by the fire after it was put out. The cause of the fire is currently under investigation.


Earlier, a video circulating on social media earlier showed a large fire with a significant plume of smoke visible from a distance.
