Prasarana announced today the launch of a newer, more exciting version of the MyRapid Pulse app, which went live yesterday as a replacement for the previous version.

The company stated that the updated app aligns with the government's ambition to enhance the tourism sector by promoting public transportation and aims to simplify travel arrangements for all commuters, especially international visitors.

"Among the main features of this application are more user-friendly navigation and trip planning functions, as well as the introduction of an 'Explore City' feature.

"It will help users identify interesting locations around the Klang Valley based on categories such as tourist landmarks and more," it says in a statement.

The app is also intended to complement modern lives, with a focus on networking, discovery, lifestyle incentives, and daily ease, particularly for public transport users, whether for daily commuting or urban adventure.

Registered users can access added benefits through the 'Rewards and Promotions' feature, which partners with select retail and lifestyle businesses to provide exclusive offers like discounts and special promotions.
