JPJ Wins Digital Transformation Award For MyJPJ App

The Road Transport Department (JPJ) Malaysia was awarded  ‘Digital Transformation of the Year – Transportation’ at the GovMedia Awards 2025, held yesterday in Singapore.

Recognised for its MyJPJ app, the win highlights JPJ’s dedication to driving digital innovation in public service, in line with the government’s broader efforts to modernise service delivery, particularly within the transportation sector.

The GovMedia Awards 2025 celebrates outstanding transformation initiatives by government bodies across the Asia Pacific region. Winners are selected through a rigorous evaluation by expert panels from top global audit firms, including PwC, EY), and KPMG.

In an official statement, JPJ expressed its heartfelt appreciation to the Ministry of Transport and all stakeholders for their continued support throughout its digital transformation journey.

“This recognition not only marks a proud milestone for JPJ, but also serves as a catalyst to further drive innovation, service excellence, and progress within Malaysia’s transportation sector,” the department says.
