Bridgestone Turanza 6 Tyres Launched in Malaysia – 14 to 21 Inches, EV-Ready

Bridgestone Malaysia has introduced the new Turanza 6 tyres in Malaysia, with sizes ranging from 14 to 21 inches.

Bridgestone Malaysia has expanded its tyre lineup in Malaysia by introducing the new Bridgestone Turanza 6 tyres. This is the latest version of Bridgestone’s flagship tyre series, with the new version promising to deliver a quieter and smoother ride than the previous version.

Developed in response to customer feedback, the new Turanza 6 incorporates Bridgestone’s new ENLITEN™ technology, which promises up to an 8% reduction in noise levels and an 8% increase in ride comfort over its predecessor, the Turanza T005A. More importantly, Bridgestone also promises the Turanza 6 to deliver 14% better wet grip over the previous model, granting drivers more confidence and stability in challenging driving conditions.

What’s also interesting about the new Turanza 6 is the fact that it is now designed to meet the specific demands of EVs. Thanks to its low rolling resistance, the Turanza 6 promises to extend the travel range for your EVs, while its enhanced wear tolerance helps to subside the effects from the high torque and heavy weight EVs have over combustion-powered cars.

For the environmentally conscious, the new Turanza 6 has been developed with sustainability in mind, where it uses fewer newly sourced raw materials during its production than the previous version, and its life wear has also been extended. As a result, Bridgestone claims the new Turanza 6 production produces 16% less CO₂ emissions at the raw material stage, while its increased rolling resistance also leads to a decrease in energy consumption while driving.

With sizes ranging from 14 to 21 inches, the new Bridgestone Turanza 6 tyres are now available on sale at all authorised Bridgestone outlets in Malaysia. In conjunction with its launch, Bridgestone Malaysia has announced an exclusive sales promotion at Bridgestone authorised stores. From Aug 1 to 31, 2025, customers who purchased four (4) Turanza 6 tyres in a single receipt will receive a limited-edition 2-in-1 convertible pillow blanket.
