BYD Cars Malaysia has introduced a special limited-run exclusive version of its newly launched BYD Seal 6 EV saloon, now available in an Ivory Gold colourway. According to the firm, this new shade adds a touch of sophistication to the sleek all-electric fastback.

Only 100 units of the BYD Seal 6 Ivory Gold will be available nationwide, all based on the range-topping Premium variant. Priced at RM115,800, the limited edition is offered at no extra cost and on a first-come, first-served basis.

As with other Seal 6 Premium units, the exclusive launch package worth up to RM6,288 remains applicable. Buyers can choose between a free wallbox charger worth RM3,288 plus a RM3,000 rebate for landed property owners, or a 12-month Sime Platinum 4+ doorstep charging package worth RM5,000 paired with a RM1,000 rebate for high-rise residents.

The Premium variant delivers 160 kW (215 hp) and 330 Nm from its rear-mounted e-motor, drawing power from BYD’s proven 56.64 kWh Blade LFP battery pack. It covers up to 485 km (NEDC) on a single charge and supports AC charging up to 7 kW or DC fast-charging up to 100 kW.

Besides the exclusive Ivory Gold, other exterior colours available include Arctic White, Harbour Grey and Misty Blue, paired with either Black or Grey interior themes.
