PLUS Malaysia Berhad (PLUS) has handed over four Honda CR-V (1.5 Turbo) enforcement vehicles to the Road Transport Department (JPJ). This is aimed at strengthening highway safety and monitoring efforts.

The handover ceremony took place at the Ministry of Transport in Putrajaya, where PLUS Chief Financial Officer Sharuddin Omar Hashim presented the vehicles to JPJ Director-General Datuk Aedy Fadly Ramli. The event was witnessed by Transport Minister Anthony Loke Siew Fook.

Also present were Deputy Transport Minister Datuk Hasbi Habibollah, Transport Ministry Secretary-General Datuk Seri Jana Santhiran Muniayan, Malaysian Anti-Corruption Commission (MACC) Chief Commissioner Tan Sri Azam Baki, and PLUS Senior General Manager of Operations Mohd Yusuf Abdul Aziz.

The contribution aims to boost JPJ’s capacity in enforcing traffic laws, conducting patrols, and improving surveillance along PLUS-operated highways.

PLUS said the initiative is part of its ongoing collaboration with JPJ to enhance enforcement efficiency and ensure safer journeys for all road users. This marks the second time PLUS has donated enforcement vehicles to the department, following a similar contribution in 2019.
