- Touch ‘n Go Announces Titan Flow Multi-Lane Fast Flow Platform

In conjunction with MyARTTE 2025, Touch ‘n Go introduces its own multi-lane fast flow platform known as Titan Flow.
In conjunction with the ongoing MyAsean Roads & Traffic Tech Expo 2025 (MyARTTE 2025), Touch ‘n Go (TnG) has announced the introduction of its own multi-lane fast flow (MLFF) platform, known as Titan Flow. This new MLFF system is part of the company’s next-gen open payment mobility ecosystem aimed at transforming Malaysia’s tolling and mobility landscape.

TnG described Titan Flow as a fully integrated end-to-end MLFF platform that combines Radio Frequency Identification (RFID) as the core detection technology alongside Automatic Number Plate Recognition (ANPR) and 3D LiDAR technology. Developed entirely by Malaysian engineers, this platform is also enhanced by artificial intelligence (AI) for real-time vehicle classification and enforcement accuracy.
With these innovations, TnG said the new Titan Flow platform will enable more precise vehicle identification and automated toll classification, ensuring toll fairness and operational reliability even under heavy traffic flow or adverse weather conditions.

More importantly, TnG also said that the AI-enhanced system also lays the groundwork for more advanced features in the future, including dynamic toll pricing, which can adjust toll rates and fares based on traffic conditions or vehicle categories.
In addition, the company said both its SLFF and MLFF capabilities represent a significant step towards fully open payment mobility, which will allow toll transactions to be processed seamlessly without physical barriers while ensuring accurate billing and enforcement.
Besides the new Titan Flow MLFF platform, TnG also highlighted its SOS Balance feature that allows motorists with insufficient TnG eWallet balance to pass through toll gates smoothly and reload within 24 hours. Since its introduction, this feature has benefited more than 14 million motorists in Malaysia, while facilitating over RM42 million in toll payments across participating highways.

Beyond highway-related innovations, TnG’s new open payment mobility ecosystem also includes payments for parking, public transport, and corporate fleet management. Among the examples are the cashless and ticketless License Plate Recognition (LPR) parking system, as well as the Digital Transit Pass that allows unlimited rides across Rapid KL’s rail and bus networks.
As of now, the company has yet to announce any rollout dates or testing periods for the new Titan Flow MLFF platform or which highways are participating in its implementation.
