Johor Bahru is set to get a high-tech boost with a <a rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" href="https://www.carz.com.my/2022/12/jr-easts-self-driving-bus-to-start-operations-in-miyagi" target="_blank" style="">free self-driving bus</a> planned to help residents and tourists move around the city with ease. 
The autonomous shuttle is part of three smart city initiatives by the Johor Bahru City Council (MBJB), funded through RM2.78 million from the Digital Ministry.
