Puspakom Sdn Bhd is rolling out a new vehicle inspection booking platform. Called GiCheck, it’s available on web and app that are both designed to deliver smoother, more reliable user experience. The upgraded system aims to improve accuracy, stability and overall convenience for customers.

A key feature of the new platform is its automatic integration with the mySIKAP portal from the Road Transport Department (JPJ). Puspakom said this will help streamline bookings and introduce a clearer, more transparent process for inspection refunds.

In preparation for the system’s launch, Puspakom has announced a revision to the Vehicle Inspection Booking Processing Fee. The fee has been increased from RM3.50 to RM5.00, taking effect on Sunday, Jan 4, 2026.

The company notes the previous processing fee has remained unchanged since online inspection bookings were first introduced in 2017. The adjustment is intended to support the development and operation of a more robust, customer-focused booking system that aligns with current industry demands and user expectations.
