APAD Demands Answers: Prasarana Ordered To Submit Urgent Report Following Scary LRT Derailment In KL

The first rush to the scene was led by APAD Director-General Ahmad Radhi Maarof, followed by a second 3:00 PM inspection joined by representatives from the Ministry of Transport (MOT) to review initial operational safety.

The authorities are zooming in on Section 101 to hit the operator with serious corporate penalties for breaching licence conditions, alongside Sections 128 and 202 to enforce direct legal action against any specific individuals whose negligence compromised rail safety.
