Seven Awards Presented at the Fourth Annual Mercedes-Benz Malaysia’s Dealer of the Year Awards
Mercedes-Benz Malaysia has recently announced the winners of the Dealer of The Year 2020 awards which acknowledges dealers with operational excellence in delivering the Best Customer Experience.
Mercedes-Benz Malaysia president and chief executive officer, Dr Claus Weidner stated, “Time and again, our dealer partners have consistently demonstrated their commitment to deliver a true luxury experience. They quickly adapted to provide innovative solutions while remaining connected with our customers, despite the challenges of an ever-changing automotive landscape.
We would like to thank our dealer partners and congratulate the winners of this year’s awards. We look forward to continue celebrating more wins, pushing boundaries and pursuing excellence.”
Seven awards were presented in total which were the Best in Customer Services, Best in Financial Services, Best in Business Excellence, Best in Sales, Best in Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI), Most Improved Dealer and the prestigious Dealer of the Year 2020.

The highlight of the event was the Dealer of the Year 2020 award which was bagged by Cycle & Carriage Bintang Glenmarie, which excelled across all the touchpoints required in achieving the highest overall score.

Meanwhile, Hap Seng Star, Kinrara received the Best in Financial Services, and the Best in Business Excellence was taken home by Cycle & Carriage Bintang, Mutiara Damansara. Cycle & Carriage Bintang (Northern) Bukit Tengah on the other hand won the Best in Customer Services and the Best in Sales was awarded to Asbenz Stern, Kuantan. Hap Seng Star, Setia Alam received the Most Improved Dealer award while the Best CSI 5 Star Rater was given to Hap Seng Star, Bukit Tinggi.
