Latest Fuel Prices For January 27 To February 2
The price of RON97 oil increased by 5 sen from January 27, 2022, to February 2, 2022.
This makes the new price of RON97 is RM3.12 per liter compared to RM3.07 as previously enforced.
The Ministry of Finance stated that they will maintain the ceiling prices of RON95 for RM2.05 per litre and diesel for RM2.15 per litre even though the actual prices for both products have increased over the ceiling price. This was to ensure that users will not be affected with the actual global price.
"The government will continue to monitor the impact of crude oil price fluctuations and take appropriate measures to safeguard the well-being of the people," said the Ministry of Finance.
