Era Of Vertical Mobility Starts with Atea
Along with the fast pace of technology innovation and design, the era of VTOL has preceded Atea.
VTOL is one kind of aircraft that can fly vertically and turn to horizontal flight then only will land straight up on the lane.

Sophisticated air mobility – The Atea has shocked the world with its futuristic design that utilises hybrid technology and enforces a sustainable solution to crowded cities. Currently, the creator is planning to present Atea at the 2024 Summer Olympics in Paris.
Currently, the aircraft is under development. So far, we've only seen renderings of its design. However, "ATEA will soon exist in the form of a full-scale prototype and will go into the testing phase in 2023," explains Jean-Christophe Lambert, Ascendance CEO.

"With help from our financial partners, we are now experiencing vigorous development. We are actively recruiting, running test and trial programs, and we are steadily moving towards our 2025 certification objective."
The Atea can take off and land vertically and horizontally, all because of the structure created. There are eight rotors on each wing and two propellers, one mounted on the nose and one on the top of the tail. Other than Atea’s superior functions, the cabin has Skyview windows that add a sense of openness thanks to its unique design.

Devoting three years in completing Atea has gotten Ascendence Flight Technologies to invent such sophisticated aircraft ideal for a wide range of missions, including passenger transport, EMT services, sightseeing, and surveillance.
The Atea also has a turn-around time of only 10 minutes and boasts up to 249 miles (400km). Passengers could enjoy more than two-hour trips and fly on regional or inter-city trips once the futuristic aircraft is ready.

In the event of any single failure, the aircraft is designed to continue its flight and landing safely. This is an additional level of safety over conventional aviation. The hybrid propulsion system also provides redundancy through design to improve safety and operational systems further.
Ateas’design has been approved by EASA SC-VTOL regulations and the associated Means of Compliance. According to Air Ops Regulation, the aircraft also meets current operating requirements on flight routes and flight reserves.

It is now doable to fly cleaner to reduce carbon emissions up to 80 percent, which the hybrid propulsion system is mixing both kerosene and batteries as fuel engines. With Sustainable Aviation Fuel, all hydrogen-powered aircraft can fly and eliminate any emissions.
