The Honda City Hatchback 1.5L V-SENSING Spec Added For The Malaysian Market – Price Is At RM91,708.51 Without Insurance And Sales Tax
Honda Malaysia has released a new City Hatchback V-SENSING variant, which includes the Honda SENSING suite of smart driving features. The Honda City 1.5 V-Sensing is priced on the road at RM91,708.51 without insurance and sales tax.
So, what exactly is V-Sensing?
Basically, it is a technology developed to developed to realize the vision of a collision‑free mobile society by utilizing front wide view camera to better recognize road boundaries during day and night driving conditions.
The 1.5 V-SENSING grade adds the Honda Sensing features listed below to the 1.5 V model:
In addition, the instrument panel on the V-SENSING has been upgraded to a 7-inch Interactive Thin Film Transistor (TFT) type.
The V-SENSING is powered by a 1.5-litre DOHC i–VTEC engine with 121PS and 145Nm of torque that is coupled with a Continuous Variable Transmission (CVT) for a balance of fun-to-drive experience and fuel efficiency.

Honda Malaysia Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer, Mr. Hironobu Yoshimura stated that the Honda SENSING system has been well received by Honda customers.
“For the first quarter of 2022, the City V-SENSING contributed 34% to the total City sales, which shows a positive trend for this variant and also the recognition of Honda SENSING, our advanced safety technology”, he added.
