2022 Daihatsu Gran Max Panel Van Receiving New Features

Daihatsu Malaysia (DMSB) has introduced the upgraded 2022 Daihatsu Gran Max Euro 4 pickup van recently.

To cut down the prices, the 2022 Gran Max 1.5L Euro 4 carries a price tag of RM74,498, while panel van (MT) at RM74,736 and panel van (AT) is rated at RM78,836. The prices are on-the-road without insurance effective immediately in June 2022.


The 2022 Daihatsu Gran Max Euro 4 is powered by 1.5 litre naturally aspirated four-cylinder engine rated at 97 hp and 134 Nm of torque, mated to a five-speed manual transmission. 

“Daihatsu Malaysia aims to provide an overall driving experience in providing comfort, reliability, safety and above all convenience and practicality in every drive.” said managing director of DMSB Arman Mahadi. 


“Convenience and practicality are one of the strongest consideration aspects for commercial vehicle usage. 

Thus, the concept behind the Gran Max Minor Change (MC) is to honour the hardworking workforce behind every successful business, particularly the men and women behind the wheel of the Gran Max” he added. 

The new features include HD infotainment system and 7-inch touchscreen multimedia integrated with iOS PhoneLink and Android 10.0 software version. On top of that, the 2022 Daihatsu Gran Max receives fast-charging USB port, AUX cord, radio, and MP3 audio.

There’s also power adjusted windows for the driver and passenger at rear, a reverse camera and safety aspects comprises of airbags for both driver and passengers, ABS, VSC, and Emergency Signal System (ESS).
